It is the natural progression from our Introduction to Food and Beverage. You will gain practical knowledge in a range of areas, including: kitchen organisation, menu planning, restaurant service, workplace skills and a full range of food skills. You will also study theoretical units, as well as producing fine dining from our established restaurant and lounge bar.
