Fees and funding

For hundreds of our students, their studies at Croydon College are completely free, but in some cases a payment may be required. Some students may be able to get financial assistance with their studies. Below we set out the basic facts, but if you have further queries, we’re only a phone call away. Please call 020 8686 5700.

If you are 16-18 years old, there are no tuition or examination fees to pay, apart from examination/coursework re-sits, where payment may be required.

If you are 19 years or older on 31 August in the first year of your course, you may be required to pay tuition and examination fees.

You may be able to apply to for a 16 – 18 Bursary or 19+ Discretionary Learner Support (DLS) which are designed to help those who face financial hardship. Payments can be used to meet the costs of things like essential course equipment, materials, field trips and travel. Please note that these funds cannot be used to help with the cost of fees or accommodation.

Download our bursary guide for more details about the different funds and eligibility.

You will be able to complete your application form on this page from the 17 August 2017.
