'I've applied, what happens next?'

If you are applying for a HE course:


To apply to study at University Centre Croydon, academic year 2018/19, please visit You will need to update your personal details, education and qualifications, personal statement and references.

You would need to select University Centre Croydon (C92) and then the course/code you wish to apply for, you can choose up to five courses – you can discuss different options with our expert staff at your visit to college if you are unsure which course is right for you.

Within 5 working days of submitting your application through UCAS, you will receive an offer which you will need to accept through UCAS tracking system, or alternatively an invitation for an informal appointment with the Tutor, where you will be able to get further information about your course and complete an internal initial assessment (if needed).

Your might receive an unconditional offer for the course or conditional offer subject to the outcome of your exam results or course grades.

Some courses have additional entry requirements, such as a portfolio of creative work or a DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service). Check if you’ll be working with young children or vulnerable adults.



Enrolment will take place between the 3rd and 14th September 2018. We will send you a letter confirming the exact dates/times and the documents required for the enrolment process via post and email at the beginning of August.

Your programme of study will commence in the second half of September 2018, details will be provided in your invite letters or during enrolment.

Your grades may be better or worse than you had expected - whatever your results we will talk with you to make sure you are enrolled on the most appropriate course.
